Eternal Life Services (“The Agency”) respects the privacy of its Home Health Aides (“Contractors”) and is committed to protecting the information it collects through its online application for contractors who wish to work with the Agency. This Privacy Policy outlines how the Agency collects, uses, maintains, and discloses the information collected from Contractors.

Collection and Use of Information:
We may collect personal information, professional qualifications, contact details, and any other data you provide during the application process. This information is used to evaluate your qualifications and to communicate with you regarding potential contracts with the Agency.
HIPAA Compliance:
The Agency complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Protected Health Information (PHI) related to our members that Contractors may have access to. Contractors are required to abide by all HIPAA regulations.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete:
Contractors acknowledge and agree that they may have access to sensitive and confidential information related to the Agency’s members. Contractors must keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party or use it for any purpose other than providing services through the Agency.
Contractors are strictly prohibited from taking any member information and providing it to other agencies or using the information to provide services to the member at another agency. Doing so will be considered a breach of this Privacy Policy and may result in legal action.
Violations and Legal Consequences:
If a Contractor violates the terms of this Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, HIPAA violations or sharing the Agency's confidential information with unauthorized parties, the Contractor will be subject to legal actions. This may include, but is not limited to, termination of the contract, fines, and legal proceedings to recover damages.
Data Security:
The Agency implements reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal and sensitive data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SMS Data Collection:
We collect phone numbers and message content for SMS communications. Your phone number is used solely for delivering SMS messages related to Home Health Aide Services.
Opt-Out Mechanism:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@eternalifeservices.com or 786-875-0150
Data Retention:
SMS communications and associated data are retained for 5 Years and then deleted, unless required by law.
TCPA Compliance:
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintain a list of numbers requesting not to receive marketing messages.
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
The Agency reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Contractors will be notified of any significant changes and are encouraged to periodically review this policy.
